By combining their talents, they could not only pursue their passion for the art of storytelling but also create lasting memories for others.
Running their business as a couple allowed them to prioritize their family and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Ryan began his career in video production at a young age working in the family's business as a producer and cinematographer while attending university and pursuing his law degree. After receiving his law degree, Ryan continued working in the film industry and later founded Glare Media with his wife Karen.
While good videographers come to a project knowing what shots they want, Ryan takes what he discussed with the couple and creatively develops a story in harmony with his special vision. He tackles each project with impeccable care and a meticulous eye for detail to make sure that each dimension of your vision for your special day is brought to life.

Initially pursuing a medical degree in Toronto, she discovered her true passion for cinematography. After her bachelor's degree, Karen furthered her education in business and marketing, combining her diverse skills to excel in the creative field. Years later, she founded Glare Media with her husband Ryan.
Karen takes an analytical and detailed oriented approach to ensure a high-quality film, coupled with an animated approach to help ensure you are having the best time on your special day!
